The taste is very good, though naturally it’s less sweet than sucralose, so I do find myself using a little more to achieve the same level of sweetness. I expect I’ll adjust to this over time. One major positive is that it hasn’t caused any stomach discomfort, which has been an issue with xylitol for instance. Overall, a high-quality keto- and vegan-friendly sweetener that delivers great taste and performance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more natural sugar substitute.
