Very bad service by Amazon and kent, we received default airfryer and now I can't able to replace this because of open box service that delivery man ran away immediately after saying I don't have time give me otp and I want to go for other delivery because of this we are suffering so much issues. I received a defective product. I am not getting any service either from the seller or the authorized service partner or agent of the manufacture of the product in spite of repeated service calls and I am unable to use the produce since I bought it. Now I am refreshing my feedback as follows: Initially I received a defective product which did not work. I ha also purchased additional warranty of the product for one year more at the time of purchase at a nominal cost. Under the warranty, KENT RO SYSTEMS LTD has replaced defective Air Fryer with a new one which is now working properly. I am really happy with the sincere efforts of the Kent and its after sale service people to address my concern. I am thankful to the concerned people at Kent's head office for monitoring the subject issue on regular basis for replacement of the defective product. Now, I am good with the product and look forward for similar services from the Kent in the future. Now, I am inclined to assign 5 STARS to the product and after sale service of the product.

This is a fully honest review, I have spent around 12 days researching which air fryer to buy in this price range. My final options were wonderchef,milton 5l ,Kent 5l, Philips 4.2l. Out of these it came to Kent and Philips. Philips had a manual know which I didn't like and it was too small for me but the kent 5l has awful reviews so I just increased my budget by like 1500 and got this Kent 8l 1700 watt air fryer. The product came in the perfect condition, I have made some delicious cup cakes in it till now. It heats up pretty fast (in a good way). If you want crispy results you can apply some oil using a sprayer or a brush, it takes little to no oil. Its really easy to use after you read its digital menu and the durability is also good because it is made 70% - 80% of stainless steel. Tips: Use it without food for 20-40 mins for the first use to remove the plastic smell. I have received it 2 days ago so, Will update this post after 15-20 days.

The door is not close freely.

I have been using this air fryer for a very long time now, and it is working absolutely perfectly without any issues. It is highly reliable, easy to use, and definitely the best budget-friendly option available in the market. Highly recommended!
