How much taurine do these Magnesium Taurate capsules contain

2000 mg magnesium taurate 160 mg elemental magnesium

why does the description say Flavour: Salmonella? It must be a typo but still disconcerting!

I have had a few bottles of these with no problem. As you say a typo.

Can this be dissolved in water rather than taken as a capsule?

Well, it can be even not sure why - Magnesium Malate is one of the best forms of Magnesium and no doubt it is a good product. YES you can split the capsule and take it as a powder even over capsules are 500mg - this is a super good solution to take them as they are very easy to swallow competing t massive 1000mg tables. This is the way produced product in capsules - we are humans and we do want to swallow it easily. Even the production of tablets is cheaper... Way cheaper... But in te end the do want consumer feedback, not the cost
