After reading about studies that found many supplement companies (even some that are well-known) use unhealthy and even toxic ingredients in their products, I’ve been searching for a supplements company I can trust. Trust is even more important to me given that the industry is largely unregulated. I think I finally found one I can trust in True Grace. I was really only looking for a company that sourced high-quality, healthy, nutrient ingredients. It was clear to me that True Grace checks those boxes after reading their website. The level of detail and explanation definitely built credibility with me – it’s clear it's not just words or empty promises. But it was a nice surprise to see they have a huge focus on being environmentally sustainable and fostering regenerative agriculture (something I’d never even heard of before. Wow!).Anyway, I’ve been taking these Omega-3 fish oil softgels as I know that’s an important supplement to take for brain health and immunity (it’s awesome they use wild Alaskan Pollock without the toxins other fish collect over time). I’ve been very happy with the fish oil and plan to purchase the men’s multi-vitamin as soon as it’s available. Thank you True Grace for what you do!

Great pills but they were hard to swallow on the daily.Also, I didn't notice a fishy taste.Great overallKind of expensive for the amount that comes in the bottle.

An amazing product with so many health benefits. The reason I chose True Grace is because it feels so great to finally find a vitamin company that is using 100% post consumer recycled bottles. I am literally taking 8 plastic bags out of the ocean with each bottle I buy and then you can refill it to keep this plastic out of the ocean! I love supporting a company that has the same values that I do AND It also doesn't have any fishy after taste to it-- just lemon! I recommend this fish oil to all my friends and family!

I have felt so much better on True Grace's 50+ Daily Vitamin along with this fish oil product! I have not had the usual "fish burps" typically associated with fish oil supplements. Great quality! Love their message!

My wife has been taking these for a while, but now I see it has tilapia gelatin as an ingredient.I’d like to know what that is. is it farm raised talipia it says Pollock.

My fingernails started peeling really bad and I read that taking omega 3 can help so I decided to try. This brand has been the absolute best and I can truly tell a difference in my nails. They are so strong now and growing like CRAZY I have to trim them once a week or they get too long for my liking. I can also tell a difference in my hair looking healthier and growing. I liked the product because it is easy to swallow and leaves no aftertaste. I use the product to maintain immune health, improve brain and heart functions. The reusable packaging is great for the environment as well.
