Victorinox 6 Inch Straight Rosewood Boning Knife with Stiff Blade

My fiancé loves to cook and this knife was perfect for him. It’s very sharp, making it easy to use.

Bought this for meat trimming and it does not disappoint. Retains blade well and easy to resharpen when needed. Comfortable to use for extended periods. Little on the expensive side but well worth the cost for a quality knife.

The product itself is very nice, very good quality very, very, very sharp. What I'm unhappy with is to pay this much money and the Packing was lazy. It was literally a unguarded knife inside of an empty box.. The packaging could be better.

I am a professional knife sharpener and collector. Plus I use knifes all the time. I know knifes and good ones from bad ones. Victorinox is at the top of the line. I use this particular model for cutting up deer, hams, chicken, you name it. For the money you can't go wrong with a Victorinox. They will get razor sharp and hold an edge for a while. They will also last you a lifetime. You can't go wrong here.

This knife is very sharp and does a good job of cutting meat. It was so nice to have a knife that was affordable but is a great sharp knife. I would recommend this knife to everybody!

Used it slice fish fillets. It was sharp, did a decent job. But it wasn't a OMG experience as I was hoping for.

I wish I bought this knife years ago when hunting and harvesting game in the field. Purchased the sheath for it. I use it for more tasks than just boning in the kitchen. The rosewood handle is solid and has more class than the trendy synthetics. Victorianox is real....not chincy garbage from some gray market sweat shop.
