Review: Definately Reduces Oil and is Clearing my Acne - I've tried all different types of antibiotics and topical gels/creams to treat my acne, but nothing worked. My diet was good- not very much sugar or white carbs and I exercised pretty regularly and I was definitely not overweight. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just finished the whole bottle and started using my second one!

Out of all the vitamins I have used to manage my oily skin, this is the only one that worked. I have used Beta-Carotene (Vitamin A) and Vitamin E but they weren't as effective as Pantothenic acid. The first time I took this vitamin, I already noticed it working. Currently, I am taking 3g-4g a day, and it has really helped manage my oily skin throughout the day. I am usually at school (college to be exact) 16 hours a day, 2 days a week, and I have noticed That I don't really get too oily until 8-9 pm (I go to school at 7 am), which is amazing for me since I used to get oily just after 30 minutes of putting my make up on. I did noticed that if I take more than 4g a day, I will get a mild case of heart burn and my scalp will start tingling. These pills are huge and takes some getting used to (I am still getting used to it). As for acne control, I still get them, especially when I am on my period, but not as badly as before. I did found out that the reason I was breaking out is not just because I have oily skin but because I don't change my pillow case frequently enough. I used to change my pillow case and bed cover once a week, but since we moved and I started sharing a room with my sister, I don't change it as much (probably once a month, yeah I know, its disgusting and my face feels the same way). Anyways, I will get these huge cystic acne on my cheeks but they have been getting fewer and less bigger now (they are still cystic) when taking Pantothenic acid. Since, this is one of the few products that have really worked for me, I will keep on repurchasing this until I think that I don't need it anymore.
