Battery dies fast
Nice post but the battery dies fast and gets scratch very easy.

Ok so how can I rate it so high but only give it one star. Please read.
Everything about it is as expected. It's an inexpensive laptop to just essentially use the web and upload photos to Etsy for some artwork, etc I'd like to sell. First day was great. Day two it wouldn't start up without an hour or so of looking through videos on YouTube or whatever. If that doesn't continue to happen I will change the rating because WHEN I can turn it off and back on without having to read or watch some long how to guide. It would be a 5 for a computer in this price range on a 5 monthly fee program from Amazon.com.

Says windows 10 came with 11
Amazon description says it has windows 10 and thats what was needed for the job I have and it came with 11 installed. Didn't even unbox it.

Junk, Don’t buy anything HP
Had it only a month when starting having nothing but trouble with it. Of course can’t get it replaced either and their fixing it is a joke too. Will never buy anything HP again!!
