A lovely watch ,steeped in history .It is a little "left field" but this is what makes it so appealing .It should be a very sought after fashion item with some serious practical and robust undertones .It is an honest expression of what a watch should be .My order also came quickly (ahead of time ) which is commendable.

Looks good on. Not too big, which I prefer. Watch face has good contrast with hands so visible in low light or glare. Watch strap working well so far (3 weeks in)

First of all disregard the uneducated negative reviews. This watch is the product of half a century of trial and error, actual experience and thought put into action. The loose crown, the bidirectional bezel, the date adjustment and the winding system all serve a purpose : a watch that is built like a submarine and that will last many years, outliving others worth thousands of dollars. Do not be fooled by its low price, there is top quality, ruggedness and beauty here as well as ideal weight and accurate time keeping. Chapeau to the Russians ! PS I have worn the Scubadude for months in all conditions and all I can say is that I have built a relationship with this watch; something I can not say about other timepieces that I own that run in the thousands. It is as precise as precise can be without a Valjoux automatic movement and keeps tightness in the deep as well as its good looks after a beating. A much appreciated design !

El reloj llega en una caja simple , no en la mostrada en la publicación ni las que se ven en “unboxings” , es la que se ve en el fondo, pero vienen bien protegido, con su documentación, en ruso y en inglés, pero no en español, realmente es muy sencillo de manipular o ver un video en youtube para ver cómo funciona. Estéticamente, es llamativo, original , tecnológia diferente a la habitual , que lo hace atractivo en esos aspectos, pero creo que no es un reloj para todos. aún no ajusto la correa , pero creo que por un rato la voy a dejar no se siente tan mal, como suelen decir en videos . La corona tiene un tambaleo , que es completamente normal, ya que es parte del diseño

I have had my Vostok Scuba Dude Amphibian watch for close to 6 months now and so far my impression is of the watch is excellent. What I love is that it is solidly built and feels solid. The watch is accurate and has shown no signs of problems so far. It is a mechanical automatic self-winding device and also can be manually wound, which I find very practical. I love the basic aesthetics, clean and beautiful. It took me some time to understand how to use the crown, but once mastered it is really easy to use and it takes only a short time, less than a minute I guess, to adjust the time and the date. All in all I love this Vostok watch and am proud of wearing it although I have a few other watches in my collection.

Watch with lot of history but not sleek or suave
