It is a great novel for people who are above 7 years of age as this book has easy language and is very easy to understand. Even adults can read this.

A timeless classic ideal for an introduction to Dickens! Recommend it as a good teen read with the wonderful depictions of the characters; with Oliver. The Artful Dodger, Nancy, Fagin and not forgetting the evil Bill Sykes!

Got this for my 10 year old son to have a quick read-through to get a feel for the writing style. He loves the illustrated abridge editions; an easy way to introduce the classics.
