Best I’ve Used
I love these - have them on 2 pistols and 3 rifles. Yes, they’re a bit more expensive than the cheapest options, but I think they give top tier performance at what I’d call a midrange price point. They’re very durable, have never given me any trouble, and that ACSS Vulcan reticle with the circle makes sight acquisition super fast (especially helpful for my 2 scoped rifles, where I have them mounted 45 degree canted, and rotating off the scope to the dot quickly makes acquisition with just a plain dot especially challenging - but with the large outer circle, it’s immediately obvious and intuitive which way to move the gun to find the dot). And don’t let the seemingly high MOA on the center chevron fool you into thinking it’s not very accurate - that’s the spec for the entire chevron - the very upper tip of the chevron is just as fine/accurate as most other red dots - seems about 1 MOA, but don’t quote me on that). Having the battery access along the side is a must have as it doesn’t require unmounting, and the solar panel backup saved my range day one time when I forgot to bring along a spare battery. The shake awake is also a must have, and this one works great. Also, I love the fact that this dot can mount so low relative to the bore sight. I’d recommend spending the extra $ for the green dot since it is noticeably easier to see on a sunny day.

It’s fantastic even with imperfect eyes.
I have astigmatisms corrected with glasses so there are artifacts for me viewing the chevron, but boy is this a very attractive optic to look through! The green feels much cleaner to me than red dots. In fact because the chevron is larger than most red dots I find pointing the apex at the target to be much more precise than a dot because most circular dots “smudge” to my eyes. Both the large circle and “point with the peak” are extremely intuitive. I’m very happy with it!

Great sight and sight picture!
Very pleased with this red dot. Fits perfectly on a Canik Rival 02 adapter plate for the RMR footprint. Sighted in with laser cartridge, had to raise it about 20 clicks, but once at the range, Took 3 sets of 3 shots to have it in the bulls eye at 10 yards, and at 25 yrds. Noticing tighter groups during both dry fire laser practice. and at the range live firing, especially when doing my shifting target routines. The chevron for me really does help for quicker pickup and the 20mm circle is a great addition to help get the chevron where you need it quickly. The only down side for me is it is a bit dim in very low light and if you do use a light, it will wash out the chevron. It would be AWESOME if there was a front facing light pickup so that if/when using a light for low/no light conditions it would auto adjust the chevron brightness. Great product and glad spent the extra!!

10/5 stars. If budget allowed, I'd slap one of these on every piece i own!
TL;DR: Solid build, great materials, clear lens, bright emitters, fantastic reticle. Add secondary power option (so you're never REALLY out of juice), and a cheater ring to help acquire targets faster and you have a winner. Pros: + Made to take a beating + Dual power options (battery + solar) + Really bright emitters for easy day use + Cheater ring super helps reticle acquisition and faster on target Cons: - Chevron reticle can be polarizing and may get some getting used to - Turning off the optic requires two hands (you have to press two buttons at the same time and not easily doable with one hand) - Settings can take a little getting used to I'm super picky about optics, mainly because budget is always a factor but I love me some bells and whistles. I did my research on this sight and finally pulled the trigger—and boy does it not disappoint. I went with the HS507C-X2 Green Dot with the ACSS Vulcan Reticle and right out of the box this thing kind of screams "low key awesome". The controls are easy to manipulate (both buttons are on the left side), there's a battery port on the side and not the bottom, so you don't HAVE to remove the optic to change out the battery. Speaking of battery, did I mention that its got a solar panel across the top? There's also wake mode that is pretty responsive; in testing the optic was always on and ready when I picked it up, and after ~5mins of inactivity it powered down. I haven't tested it in a holster where there's constant movement, but if you're pulling this out of safe or a lockbox, it'll be ready when you are (don't forget to turn down the brightness for low-light encounters!). The chevron reticle takes a little getting used to, but once you've gotten familiar with it, its like an arrow that points to the target. The cheater ring is also SUPER helpful for reticle acquisition. I get that you're supposed to not hunt for the dot by having good training and muscle memory, but it doesn't hurt to have visual help to get on point. This isn't the cheapest of optics, but value-wise it far surpasses others I've used and researched. Time will tell how well it holds up to extended duty usage, but for now after 1k rounds its solid and haven't lost zero.

Great optic but have extra batteries
The optical fits well on my Glock 19 gen 5 rmr cut slide. It is very easy to operate and works well. The adjustable brightness is great and aids in its accuracy. The only issue I had was out of the box the battery that was provided was drained and would not charge with the solar power strip. The battery must work or the optic will not power on.

Best first optic you can get
I was never the best shot. Never cared for optics. (Never owned one) figured I'd throw it on my glock 19 clone. (Least favorite gun) now its my favorite gun.

Perfect for those of us getting to the age where keeping iron sights in focus is a challenge.
This is my second ACSS Vulcan from Holosun. The reticle is a green chevron that I find can really help keep your shots on target. Fairly quick target acquisition is aided by a large circle around the reticle so you know which way to compensate to get the reticle in view. Any slowness is not because of the optic, it's because I'm not shooting enough to be a competitive shooter. I've heard mixed reviews from other shooters, but I love the fact that this optic goes dormant in your safe, but if you move the pistol, the holographic sight turns itself on. With some of my other red-dot sights, I have to remember to turn them on, and turning them on is not as quick as flicking off a safety. I like that this one turns itself on so you're quickly ready for business if that becomes necessary. Also the optic has a photocell on top to give the battery longer life. I've had two Glock slides machined for this optic and wish that slide machining was as common an option for some of my 1911s. When your iron sights start blurring out on you, it's time for one of these, they really make a difference.
