I purchased with some skepticism that the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor might disappoint. I am glad to say the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is very good and priced fairly. This Whey protein brand comes with a scoop for measuring and produces a smooth and creamy frappe like drink when using a blender. I like the diversity that the Vanilla flavor offers when I am in the mood for a fruit flavor like bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pineapple. I have also added plain yogurt. The Optimum Whey Protein Powder is very fine, blends well with liquid and produces a filling, flavorful breakfast, lunch, and when on the go or preparing for a workout, a Vanilla Ice Cream drink will save time and satisfy your hunger.

Good standard product. Good for smoothie. Easy to use. Doesn’t give bloated feeling. No stomach issues. Smells good. Taste good. I can’t say you will build muscle you have to exercise to build muscle. I will say this will give you the extra nutrients in addition to eating food.

I personally don't enjoy the taste - it has some bitterness to it.
