When i click the zoom on my cameras nothing happens. It doesent zoom in or out or give me any options

the provided cameras come with fixed lens. no zoom.

does it come with sound if not how do you get to here the sound from it

the DVVR has audio option, however, the provided cameras does not has microphone. If you would like to record the sound, you can add a CCTV microphone device to the DVR.
