**Q: How do you change the batteries?**
A: Remove the two screws on the back of the round green switch at the top of the necklace. Pop out the batteries to replace. Uses CR2032 3V Lithium batteries. Put cover back on, insert/tighten screws and enjoy!

**Q: Mine won’t stay on. The lights light up when i press the button but turn off when i let it go. How do i make t stay on?**
A: One of four necklaces did this this too. I open the battery compartment, pulled out button, placed it all back together and it worked correctly.

**Q: Are these supposed to come with spare batteries? Mine did not.**
A: Yes, mine did have spare batteries with when I ordered them over a year ago. However, they did not last long.

**Q: There are 2 options available, one is the 9 bulb necklace the other is a 13 bulb necklace.  What is the length of each?**
A: length of them are not changed based on qty of bulbs

The lights are very pretty! There are about 6 modes (solid on and various flashing rates of speed). It came with extra batteries but I haven't used them yet. I work in 5-6 hour shifts and wore the necklace 3 days so far. So I have used the first set of batteries for about 17 hours and the batteries are still going strong. I have been using a flash mode, so they are not on the entire time. The lights are a large plastic shell with a tiny led light in each bulb. Which is good because that makes them lighter. It's really easy to turn them off and on and switch modes with the push button on the small round battery pack. I paired the necklace with these earrings which work very well together!
