I don't like the zippers, at least the front pockets, I could live with the backs being zipped, since I don't use them. I guess I'll still use them around the house for beater pants, & keep the front pockets unzipped, even with it looking somewhat goofy when unzipped, & sow a 4" cuff on the legs ? Waist is an accurate fit. leg length is very long as all, as all 1 size fits all pants are. Leg length made for a tall 6'-4" person, not a 5'-11" fat person, which is the category I fit into.

These are one of the best fleece pants I ever owned. I first bought size 6xl and I could fit my wife in them with me. I still wore them anyway. They are comfortable and I love the zippered pockets. I'm 6'1 and 390lbs and have a 56X32 waist AND INSEAM. I waited a long time like many others for these to be back in stock. Happy day when they showed up. This time I ordered 4xl and they are perfect. I will buy another pair before they sell out again. These are detailed nicely with 4 pockets and the zippers on all the pockets. A good tie string and I would say a slightly high rise waist which I like tops these off. I highly recommend these pants. Get some before they sell out again.30 Jan 2020 I really hated to add to my review, but I have to downgrade my score to 4 stars because of the tie string at the waist. After only about 4or 5 washings the tie string is coming apart. I will have to replace it with a shoe lace or string from another pants. Greatrees really needs to upgrade the string to get back to a 5 star pant.

The pocket seams have come apart less than one week after giving this item as a gift.
