Tastes horrible in drinks, but coffee works for me and although I can still taste it a bit, I'm used to it now. I've also dissolved it into sugar free jelly before setting and that works pretty well too. It took a couple of months for the results to start kicking in so give it a good go for a while. I started with Vital Proteins but it just got more and more expensive so this one is a much better price.

I mix this with a marine collagen. 10g of each which is the maximum dose. My nails and skin have improved greatly. I heal faster and the readness has gone from my face. I haven't exoerienced improvement in joints yet though. I take it with vitamin C to make sure it's aborbed. It has a very strong beef tast so I have it with bovril (beef drink).
