I could not do without this. I have seen such an improvement with my hair, skin and nails together with multivitamins is a powerful combination.

I used to love this brand / product and would buy it religiously but I really dislike the new formula for the strawberry only gummies. Tastes very synthetic and all of my gummies are just stuck together in the bottle - not great. Can you please go back to the old formula!

It has no after taste at all which I like since I am not really a fan of "medicine after taste". I only noticed that it doesn’t have many nutrients unlike the other gummy supplements that I’ve tried but still, it’s good. As for the effects, my skin appearance looks healthier, so I am really hoping for more visible results after a month. For its price, I think it's a bit expensive considering that it has fewer “nutrients”. But all in all, this will do the job.

It is always hard to know how effective supplements are because sometimes the benefits are slow and gradual so the difference is difficult to see. These taste great and so are very easy to take. Previous to these I took capsules which were okay but not great to take. These have many benefits - they have Biotin which is good for hair and skin. Vitamin C for normal collagen formation and vitamin E which protects cells from oxidative stress. They also have zinc and collagen both great for nails and hair. They contain a blend of 26 Fruits and Vegetables made from fruit/vegetable powder, extract and dried juice but the only taste is fruity. These taste like fruity strawberry sweets and the flavour and colour is natural Gummies are the best and easiest way to take supplements - you get a month's supply at two gummies a day but the are quite expensive at £19.

I like them. Doesn’t have a vitamin taste. They do have a bit of a texture to them. They are very easy to chew. I love that I can get vitamins in a chewable gummy. I’ve noticed new hair growth and my nails, which usually crack and break during cold weather, are strong and growing quickly. Will definitely buy them again. Recommended 👍👍👍
