Really like this manuka honey, it’s a good price and tastes good as well as having the manuka properties, help clear a cold or sore throat by taking spoonfuls throughout the day and putting into hot lemon drinks

Medicine on a spoon
A must for sore throats. I find if I have a sore throat or a cough, this manuka honey is the real deal for making me feel better. I don't like taking antibiotics as they ruin your immune system so much prefer a teaspoon on this honey morning and night when needed. Throroughly recommend.
