Can i use this freewheel to replace my shimano mf-tz31? same 14-34t cogs. what is the difference between the two?

The MF-TZ31 is discontinued and no longer available, save for a few items you might find on Ebay or some such. The MF-TZ500 7 speed will work in it's place.

What is a good Shimano derailluer to order with this freewheel?

Any derailleur that can handle 34 teeth. I used an Altus RD-M310 Rear Derailleur and it works great.

is this are threaded freewheel or a cassette?

This is a threaded freewheel, not a freehub cassette

Will this fit a trinx m136 mountain bike?

If your bike has a screwed on "Freewheel" rear sprocket, it will more than likely fit. If your rear sprocket is a "cassette" than this will not work.
