A great read!
Not surprisingly, Michael Fullan has once again written a timely, comprehensive, yet concise, book that helps educational leaders identify and focus on interlocking themes or "productive tensions" within deep leadership. He posits effective ways to manage/address them and, ultimately, leverage them as change mechanisms. A great read!

Fluffy
No new ideas here. Fluffy sentences full of teacher jargon that are meaningless. Don’t waste your time and money with this book

Lean and informative
Michael Fullan's booklet of "Indelible Leadership" is lean but informative. It is focused on teachers and fostering leadership but anyone in a leadership position that requires training others would benefit from reading this under 80 page book. It has about six areas to focus on with actionable steps to take. Again, it is lean, to the point information.

Indelible Leadership
This is a very short book--under one hundred pages--that deals with subjects like the "moral imperative," mastering content, learning and leading in "equal measure," students as change agents and proteges, etc. Even though it's a short book, the references list is pretty detailed, and there's a comprehensive index so it's clear it was well-researched. I found it to be a quick but informative read.

A very good book with usable and practical information which you can apply to your job and life in general. The read is a little dry like a textbook but I'm not sure how that can be avoided.
