Must have patience when working with this bread.It's not regular flour
Little high-priced and doesn't come in a big enough bag. Basically get one loaf for this size bag. Little getting used to making sourdough bread with it but did taste delicious.

Back to enjoying bread again
Bought this to see if the einkorn would be easy to use. It was like working with regular wheat and I did not have gastrointestinal issues! It was a real treat to eat “real bread” again. Very pleased and can recommend this to anyone who wishes to purchase a small bag to try out at home before a Bigger investment.

1 cup mix with wheat flour is great!
One cup of this mixed with organic flour is enough to make your breads a bit healthier! I use these two flowers mixed together rather than a cup of whole wheat flour when I’m making bread or sourdough. To make bread with only these ancient flowers is a different game altogether and you’ll need to consult the experts on YouTube university because your bread will not rise automatically like it does with organic wheat regular flour. When you use only one cup, it doesn’t change the taste of the bread that much and just adds a little bit of fiber and texture. Totally recommend this.

Jovial Organic Einkorn Whole Wheat and All Purpose flour
This whole wheat and all-purpose for ourselve. It is excellent. It is healthier and better for you than what is sold in most stores. The powder is fresh and tastes awesome way different than the store bought all purpose flour or whole wheat flour that can be bought. Yes, it's a little bit pricey, but it's worth it. And yes, the size will be smaller than what's usually, but in the stores.

Great product, too expensive
I love this flour and appreciate that it is heirloom grain and glyphosate free, however, I can no longer justify the price. The price was already steep for flour, but it has continued to go up. I wont go back to regular flour, but will be looking for another option.
