Great product, used previously.

I have tried many brands over the last decade, and this is by far the most absorbent and leak-proof brand. Dry Idea SUPER Overnight is absorbent, comfortable, and for me, leak-proof. It has a strip of tape in back to secure it when you roll it up after use; I don't use it because I put them straight into diaper bags which keep them snug and secure. (I recommend Mom Easy from Amazon; I get them by subscription. They're sturdier than most, dispense from a box instead of a roll, and have handles you can tie them shut with.) I also tried the more-absorbent Dry Direct ULTIMATE Overnight Protection; it may absorb more than the Super, but it also has larger leg holes that can leak for me because they're too big for my legs. And they are significantly higher in the waist; I'm high-waisted for my height, but this is ridiculous: it comes 2" above my waist front and back, and just slides down to gather around my waist. And then the stiff end of the tape pokes and scratches me in the small of my back. If you are tall AND high-waisted, AND thick in the thighs I heartily recommend this version; otherwise, stick with the SUPER Overnight. They also have a daytime version that I haven't tried yet, but plan to. "Value for the money" rating? How do you put a price tag on reliably getting to the bathroom without dribbling on the floor?

I’m a caregiver for my mom who is bedridden, I tried out several different adult diapers and I think these are the best, rarely have any leaks. I would give it five stars but it takes a few days to arrive.

Best available anywhere. Dependable, consistent quality and perfectly sized. I feel confident in my incontinence allowing me to live a very normal life since finding Dry Direct products.

Well? They were nice and soft. And absorbed well. However, way to expensive!!! 30.00 only 12 ct.

These diapers are the best I've ever used! Ultimate absorption and great fit! I am very pleased with the product and highly recommend them.

soft comfy absorbent

The Small is advertised to fit those with a 20" - 30" waist. My Mom is petite and wears Small in another brand with the same recommended measurements. These are half the size of the others and no adult could fit into them. They look like a child's small. Can't speak to the effectiveness of them. Ordering another size although I'm not even sure Medium would fit because the Small is so small. Fit is very important so there are no leaks overnight which is our main goal.
