You get your moneys worth
This game is non-stop, you have so much territory to cover, people to kill, places to liberate, and skill tests to get more perks/skill enhancements. Some of it is challenging, but mostly it is just fun: drive tanks, cars, fly jets, helicopters, and lots more. Totally worth the money.

A Little Too Repetitive
The game was entertaining at first but it gradually became tedious due to the repetitiveness of its tasks. The map is huge but it's full of the same cities with the same destructible items. The story was good but the ending left me wanting more out of it. Overall, the game was great if you just wanted to cause destruction after a long day.

FRUSTRATED and FURIOUS
I am extremely dissatisfied! I purchased this game for my son's birthday (and unknown to me that there is a difference in games), they sent me an international game which when played on our Xbox One console it became corrupted and ruined the console. Now I am jumping through hoops because at no time was there any explanation of a difference and I can't seem to get answers on how to have the ruined game console replaced! FRUSTRATED AND FURIOUS

A* Destruction Fest
Love this game, its fantastic. Had the very first one on the PS2 and it was great back then. This one is even better. Its a complete sandbox destruction fest. For when COD is to serious or your raging at FIFA its just a great easy going game to blow stuff up. Played for a good 16 hours and seem to get side tracked from the main missions, its got great replayability to try and get all the achievements/trophies.Good range of guns and the more you unlock the more destruction you can make, nothing quite beats blowing the hell out of an ememy base with a helicopter equipped with rockets. Would really recommend this game

Good game.
Not quite as slick as Just cause 2 but it is still good, I have spent many hours playing this, there is so much to do. lots of different challenges, stunt jumps, collectibles, shrines, tombs to find, the story mode, vehicles to find and lots of destruction!. There is also 3 DLC packs availible with new stroy missions (you need to buy seperate) on the XBOX store.

Fun, explosions, more explosions and a mad wingsuit. But that's it?
Just Cause 3 represents, for me, some really mixed feelings. On the one hand, what they've taken is a really fun idea, worked on some key aspects (explosions, damage effects, flying about) and sorta left other aspects of the game in dire needs of attention (driving physics, DLC story, anything not involving explosions really)It's a really fun game to just pick up and start blowing things up. There's no real penalty for blue on blue fire. Theres a wide range of weapons, most things can go boom, the sound effects and visuals of the focussed things are some of the more realistic that I've seen in a game. But as with a game of this type, there is a lot for the console or PC to deal with when there are, literally, tens of massive explosions happening all around you.Given this, the game handles itself well. It can get a little laggy on the Xbox One version, but nothing more than what I'd expect, given the volume of the destruction. All the important parts of the story have enough dialogue, and there is witty story and out of story snippets to keep you amused. There's also a nice list of easter eggs and the fact that this is an open world game, if you include the physics defying grapples, this turns into a fun kinda of sandbox open world experience when you want it to.Fancy spawing a tank? And a carrier place? then trying to secure the tank inside the place with grapples? Then trying to land or drop that somewhere? or a boat? go for it! Penalty for failure? respawn! The DLC, however, has been more disappointing. Whilst it adds some more play time to the end of the game; I've found that it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of length and cut scenes. The cut scenes in the main game are all game rendered, in the DLC they've gone for a cartoon / comic style that I found to be a cheap means to an end.Once completed, you can re-oppress any settlement to just enjoy re-taking it again. This adds a small amount of re-playability. Other than that, the game might gather dust upon completion of the main storyline.Overall; this is worth getting if you're looking for a game that you can just smack in and get some quick laughs and just want to be destructive, like Carmageddon let's say? But above and beyond that, it's lacking dome depth.Arguably; I shouldn't be looking for depth from a game in this series.I think if the DLC had been more fulfilling then this would be a 4 star title, easily. But since I've shelled out for each and every one and just spent a few hours on each, I feel there's better value and longevity out there. You might as well just pick up GTA with better driving physics. Ok, so less explosions and no wingsuit, but for the money you're getting a massive game with re-playability and a whole online multiplayer by comparison the JC3.One might say that they'd done a better job on JC2, even with the improvements in JC3.It's not bad. It's just not great either.Story: 2Graphics: 4Mechanics: 3 (Let down by vehicle physics)Fun factor: 5DLC: 1
