Worked well!
Worked great on my 04 5.9 cummins motor. Unlike others i didn’t have any issues with the fasteners sent. Everything worked well, just work it back and forth a little at a time. I can’t complain about it for the money and frustration saved!

Fits First Generation Diesel
Very good quality, I placed seal a little crooked on the crank shaft. Installer corrected slight misalignment and set seal squarely to correct depth. Comes with 4 sets of studs when two would do. Remember to use liquid soap on outside edge of seal. Rear crankcase seal cannot be installed properly without tool, despite what video you may see.

WRONG DEPTH!!
Did NOT set correct depth per the manufacturer specification. Tool only good for seating the seal, make sure you measure and adjust to be within spec or the seal will “walk” itself off the crankshaft and you’ll be out of oil beside the road

Works perfect on 12valve Cummins
Used on my 93 Dodge with a 12 valve Cummins. I put some anti-seize on the threads to prevent galling, but it worked great. I used the Cummins seal and wear sleeve kit. Tool did not have any problem installing the wear sleeve with seal at a straight and proper depth, for the price it saves you a lot of headache

Cheap hardware
Definitely need to upgrade the hardware, the threaded studs and nuts are cheap garbage. Do yourself a favor and buy some quality grade A bolts and washers so you don't run into problems.
