I seriously love this chili sauce. Some people use hot sauce; I use this. I put this on everything. Scrambled eggs, ramen, dumplings, stir-fry, Brussels sprouts (air fry & give them a toss in this after), Chinese takeaway even gets a dollop if I want to kick up the already spicy thing I've ordered. I love it & so does the family. I just decided to get the big jar because the small one doesn't last the month in my house. The sweet and heat are well balanced, and while I don't think this mixes so well, I do like that the oil on top can just be skimmed and drizzled without any solid bits. This has good duality. The layer beneath the oil is thick and full of the good stuff (umami, chilli flakes, etc). So, I definitely recommend this. I will continue buying it as long as it's made. Top tier sauce for my money.

I personally don't think it's spicy at all (everyone has a different spice tolerance though, so bear that in mind), but it has the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors that I've never tasted before. I honestly hadn't planned on trying this one, but the Sichuan chili crisp was sold out, and I really wanted to try this brand since I had heard so many good things about it on TikTok. I took a chance, and I actually ended up liking this one waaaay more than the chili crisp. It's definitely thicker than the chili crisp and has, at least in my opinion, a better umami bomb. It pairs really well with basically everything savory—I've put it on avocado toasts, rice bowls, salmon, and more. The bottle does leak just a little, but it's not a big deal and might just be because I'm not tightening it enough. I couldn't recommend it more. I think it just levels up a meal!

This is a staple in my cabinet. When I run out I go to my cabinet and get more. These are so delicious. I added this to my roast and it smells amazing and the flavors are chef's kiss!!! It adds a touch of spiciness but it's delicious! I'm not even going to talk about the ramen because it's 7am and I might want a bowl but it's heavenly. The jar size is just enough I always have my chopsticks on deck to get that right amount of sauce. The consistency is always the same and it's spicy enough that you notice it has a nice kick to it. The best!!!!

The best spice

This is a huge jar. There is so much liquid on tip with the pepper substance on the bottom. I have stirred for over 3 min and it never really blends together the oil remains on top and the chili's on bottom. Next time I will make sure I am ordering the small jar which has double the amount of chili's compared to liquid. This is 3/4 liquid and 1/4 chili crisp. Extremely liquid based and an absolutely huge jar.

Excellent condiment for multiple uses! Can’t get enough of it!

This is my first time using this brand. It was just under 10.00 a jar, and it was 75% oil and 25% crunchy. I sure thought it should have more solids and not so much oil, but maybe I'm wrong? The flavor was fine...I liked it. But I think 10.00 is too much for a jar of 75% oil.

This is delicious and has a very clean ingredient list. It's my absolute favorite Asian Sauce
