These are great especially with heavy meals/when eating a wide variety of different foods at the same time. They help me digest food quicker, more easily and are very helpful in reducing digestion fatigue. They’re super easy to swallow and have no taste/side effects. Highly recommend, I will keep purchasing.

Wish id have known about these years ago, im dairy and gluten intolerant and ibs , ive tried many other products but all made me worse. I tried one as soon as they arrived. due to heatwave and sick of salads, my partner got a take away I can normally only eat the chips, but I tried a slice of his pizza with one of these tablets ,normally it would make me bloated, wind, stomach cramps and the runs, mouth ulcers , heartburn, headache. I had none of these, I feel like ive been cured from my intolerances, but most of all im looking forward to going out for a meal without having to scrutinise the menu and do without the things I like, im still sticking to mainly dairy free and gluten free, but I feel like I have bit more freedom with my choices. Can't wait to have a real ice cream, I have missed it so much 😃

Brilliant! I searched for what would help breaking fat down in the body and it said about lipase. I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago. Since then I have struggled with fatty foods, obviously not enough bile to break down the fats. I’d have fatty stools and lost weight because of not absorbing fat. I take these tablets and my stools look normal again. I still have to put weight on but I think they are really helpful. If I’d eaten too heavy a meal I’d get shoulder and right side pain , if I take these it eases the pain. Hope to put on weight soon. I recommend after gallbladder surgery. Obviously I’m not a doctor and I’ve found them to be beneficial for me, may not help everyone.

Used before, and they're flipping handy if you have stomach issues, or problems with bloating.

These enzymes are very good; I like that the pill is small. It's an excellent product in terms of quality and price.

I’m baffled. All the reviews are pretty positive, but for me, it’s almost had the opposite effect. I’m more bloated than ever! Been taking them for a couple of weeks and now having two weeks off to see if I can calm things down and feel better. There’s too many positive reviews, so this must be an individual case, but just wanted to share that it’s been a strange one for me!

These really work when I get occasional digestive issues. Would reccomend.
