East to use and works very well at sealing out the cold air.

I purchased this to seal in the gaps of my ikea cabinet to hold my tropical plants. It was very sticky but it's been 3 years and it has still held up! So it functions exactly as advertised. Some areas peeled off, but because of its adhesiveness, I was able to just stick it right back on without any issues. But due to it's great stickiness, I found that working with shorter strips easier to avoid it sticking to itself. The tape is very clear so it looks great because it mostly stays invisible, and surprisingly also easy to cut without leaving sticky residue everywhere like other tapes.

Easy to apply on drafty windows. I am confident this will not leave sticky marks on window frames upon removal. It is a bit better with the draft but its not 💯.

Works pretty well have had on some windows for over a year should probably reapply soon.

It was worth trying. Not as seal tight as I had hoped for, and the ultimate fix would be replacing the 35 year old windows.

My house has had significant drafts from both the front door and the garage door in winter, and leaking cool air out in summer. I was desperate. This tape is amazing! I started using it early summer. It completely stopped the air conditioning leak intobthe outdoors and into the garage. It literally cut my electric bill from an average of $160 during the heat of summer to about $110. I even had to turn the temperature up because it got too cold since I was no longer wasting air conditioning. But it really paid off this week. I live near Chicago, where the wind chills have been as low as -40 or colder this past several days. In the past, I'd feel horrid drafts come through the front, so bad I'd have to stuff things around the door. This tape, which is very easily applied in about two minutes, affixes to the edge ofcthe door on the inside. It overlaps the edge of the door and rests on the trim. Because the tape is very thick plastic, the wind cannot push it open and sneak past. It rests flush and is as effective as completely sealing off the door in plastic, which makes the door unusable. This gives you full access to come in and out with incredible protection against environmental issues. I have also noticed my gas bill is less and I can keep it set a couple degrees cooler because I'm not experiencing cold drafts. As an elderly person who has chronic health issues that leave me susceptible to exteme temperatures, this is a miracle!

I purchased this and was scepticle of how well it would adhere to my windows. The year before I used painter's tape because I didn't have any clear tape in my house. I cleaned the frames off with rubbing alcohol and applied this tape. I used a sharp knife to cut it to length. It's held up really good, no issues on plastic. Not sure about wood.

3M products are the best. No worries about lifting paint or leaving an adhesive residue when tape is removed after the winter season.

Brilliant for sash windows that are not double glazed, seals draughts perfectly, is easy to use, and can be stripped off without fuss after winter use. Takes some time to get to England from America but I haven't found a European source yet. Well worth the money.
