Was looking for something different other than typical gaming headphones like Astros or Turtle Beaches, as I do more than just game. Did tons of research and found out about these. Initially, taking these out of the package, I was hesitant about how they would be considering the weight and build quality. But they hold up and match what you'd expect. Took me a minute to fully adapt and adjust, since these are more natural or neutral sounding compared to my bassy Astros, but they perform in every area you throw at them. What I notice off the bat is the middle-grounded frequencies rather than high or low. Bass is there for sure, don't get me wrong, but that's what I like about these—they don't confuse you when mixing or editing, helping you figure out what the root sound is when doing tasks like that. Sound quality is amazing for such a cheap price, even if these feel light (which I think I prefer anyway, since I have these on my head all day and heavier ones can definitely affect workflow). Other features are great too, as they come with all types of connections for anything you'd use them for. They're foldable so you can fit them in bags, on planes, and things like that. Overall, I think these are an insane deal for someone who is beginning, or maybe even an experienced audio or tech person who wants something as a primary or secondary option. As a former gaming headset user, I'm really impressed with how much clearer the sound profile is for editing and mixing. So far I haven't had any issues in the past 6 months—very impressed!

I'm 75. What do I know about ordering headphones? After researching, I chose these, and I'm so happy with them! They are extremely comfortable, and actually almost noise cancelling, which I didn't expect! They fit comfortably on my ears and the sound quality is very good. I thought I had an issue with one of the two jacks that plug into them, and contacted support. They got back to me in less than one day, explained that the smaller jack has a special shape that fits into the headphones, and looks a bit wonky, but isn't. After putting the jack in correctly now, the whole question was answered! Great customer service! I definitely recommend!

The headphones look snazzy, feel nice on my head, and sounds great. I think they're my favorite of any headphones I've ever had. I tend to use them mostly as wired headphones but they work pretty well on Bluetooth as well. My only complaint about the Bluetooth functionality is the controls for seeking forward or backward. Like many Bluetooth headsets, three rely on the volume +/- buttons, but where others headsets use a double-click of these buttons to perform seeks, these require the user to hold one of the volume buttons for what feels like kind of a long time before it seeks, and then it only seeks by one increment until the button is pressed and held again. The headphones shipped with a silky drawstring bag to hold them and two audio cables: a sturdy 6.35mm to 3.5mm cable, TRS on both ends, with a coiled section like an old telephone cable; and a thinner 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRRS cable with a built-in microphone. That first cable works really well and I use it all the time. The 3.5mm end of it has these little metal protrusions at the bar of the sleeve that slot into the 3.5mm port on the headphones; your have to take care to make sure this is fully inserted if you're using the cable to listen to a 6.35mm source, but the sound is clear and the jack stays securely inserted. The other cable, the one with the in-line mic, is a totally different story. The one I got simply doesn't work. I haven't really tested the mic, but the cable simply doesn't get a proper signal into the headphones. I can turn any device up to full volume and all I'll be able to hear through that cable is a barely detectable whisper. I tried my own 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS cable of another brand in the same configuration and it worked just fine, so I think that cable with the in-line mic really just doesn't work. I've seen similar complaints on the listing for this same cable sold separately by the manufacturer. I wasn't planning to use the mic anyway, though, so I'm not really bothered. All in all, there are a couple little annoyances but most of the time they're a non-issue for me and the headphones are a joy to use.

Overall, great price, great sound, comfortable fit, and is built to last. You don't have to worry about running out of battery or recharging since you just plug it into your device.

I'm by no means an audiophile expert, however, I can generally tell if the the quality of the music reproduction is good - probably most can. I mix music + play instruments, so my general opinion is based on personal experience. I recently bought a Hiby R4 DAP and noticed the amazing sound wasn't coming through the Sony BT headphones. Why? Because of Bluetooth limitations. I started exploring my wired headphones and noticed a slight improvement but none could handle bass - lots of distortion. The 3.5 plugin on my Sony BT headphones is not working, so that option is a no-go. After looking online at about 30 headphones from $30 to $330, I decided to try the OneOdio A71s. Really because one of the reviews on this site commented that the headphones could handle his Bass playing while others could not. He's right. Overall these are a good value at $30-$35. The bass is perfect (for me); however, I have tweaked the R4 with optional plugins to improve the sound- I believe they refer to this as the "Soundstage." :). In addition, the mids and highs are decent - my extent of an Audiophile comment. I'm sure these do not compare to the more expensive headphones with regards to audio quality, build, etc. (or do they?). In my opinion, I feel they are worth a try. Perhaps down the road, I'll upgrade to one of those $250+ headphones, but for now, this works well for me. I'm listening to music with them now as I write this, and I'm floored by the clarity, bass, etc. Time will tell if they hold up. I generally take care of my equipment better than others and I know how to fix electronics. My concern is the headphone speakers' longevity- I'm basing this on the price paid (you never know). They do fit a little tight, but they may relax over time. My Sony's were the same. I would say order them, try them, and if they do not please then you know what to do.

These headphones work great for me. Seams to be decent quality and sound. I'm pleased with them. Delivered on time. When I need another pair I will come back to look at these again. Thank you

These headphones are awesome! They are well made, beautiful, and the sound is awesome! I recommend these for sure. They arrived quickly and though I just got them I can tell I will love them. They fit right over the whole ear comfortably which provides a nice seal around the ear. They even came with a nice carry bag and 2 chords one for mini jack and one for traditional large jack like for my receiver which is why I bought them. very satisfied!

Sound quality is great for the price point, if the mix is good. Crappy mixes mastered for tiny laptop and cellphone speakers will sound muddy without EQ'ing the bass down, but that's an issue with the mastering, not the headphones. Otherwise, the sound is good. Punchy bass, crisp highs and mids. Everything I was looking for and expect, even at a higher price point. Durability remains to be seen, but the headphones are holding up well so far. The biggest shortfall of these headphones is the same as just about every other set of headphones on the market... Fragile cables. Nobody puts enough strain relief on their cables and if you move around at all while wearing these, your cable will start to break almost instantly, leading to one or both channels dropping out and crackling randomly. Don't plan on using these while you're moving around unless you want to buy a new cable. Also, don't use these for your phone unless you're going to leave it on the table or carry it in your hand all the time. Putting it in your pocket or even a holster will put way too much strain on the cheap jacks. One bump, pull or a little bit of strain and the wires start to go. A 90 degree plug would help, but *nobody* uses them. These cables specifically seem to use the cheapest plugs available. Relatively thick insulation on the wires, but I suspect that's all for show and the actual wires themselves are the same hair-thin, ultra fragile crap that everybody else uses. Started having issues with the short cable after only about 2 weeks of wearing them around the house. The longer cable got me three uses before they started crackling and dropping out. Furthermore, it doesn't look like I can replace the 1/8th inch cable with a standard patch cable because that one is deep set with a flat spot. Final opinion: Buy them for the sound quality, but be prepared to purchase new cables. The 1/4" side (on the left driver) is generic so you'll need to buy a 1/4" to whichever size you need. Note: Before anyone says to just go wireless, I have a hard enough time just keeping my phone and laptop charged up when I'm on the go, I really don't need another thing to plug in every couple of hours.

I bought the OneOdio A71 mostly for casual use and some light audio editing, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at this price but I’ve been really impressed. Sound Quality: The audio is surprisingly rich. The bass is punchy without being overwhelming, and the mids and highs are nice and clear. Vocals come through clean, and they hold up well for both music and video editing. I’ve also used them for watching shows and Zoom calls—no complaints. If you're used to high-end studio gear, you might find the sound a bit colored, but for most people, they’re more than good enough. Comfort: They’re pretty comfortable, even for long sessions. The ear cushions are soft and fully cover your ears, so there’s no awkward pressure. I did notice the top headband can feel a bit tight after a few hours, but nothing unbearable. They also swivel, which is super handy if you’re monitoring or just want to rest one ear. Build & Design: They feel durable, though the plastic frame does remind you that these aren’t $200 headphones. Still, they’re not flimsy. The matte black finish looks sleek, and I like that they don’t scream "cheap." The included cables (yes, plural!) are a nice touch—especially the one with a 1/4" plug for plugging into amps or mixers without needing an adapter.

Purchased for my 12 year old son's birthday. He plays the bass guitar so wanted headphone he can plug into his amp at home. They are good quality headphones, they fold up for storage, noise cancelling and provide great sound.
