Great way to stretch your calves. They had one at my physical therapy office and I bought this to be able to use at home while recovering from ankle replacement surgery. I highly recommend it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My feet feel much better

I should start by saying I have terrible plantar fasciitis in both feet and I have had it off and on for years. I tried night splints, but found them too painful and bulky to wear overnight. This slant board has been a great solution. Even at the most shallow setting, the stretch in my calves is significant. I've only been using it for a few minutes (5-10) once or twice a day, and the plantar fasciitis that was starting to creep back seems to be completely gone. I will continue using it to prevent future flare-ups. The design is solid and the board is made of really sturdy materials. The accessories that the board comes with (especially the ball!) are also very high-quality. Just having it in my room is an excellent visual reminder to use it, and I can tell I'll be able to get years of use out of it.
