It may run if you cut eye holes, it is very stretchy and would be hard to stabilize before cutting.

Yes. I bought it for a Halloween costume for my son who is 8 and it fits him and he can see through it.

Yes, not well enough to drive but you can navigate indoors in normal lighting or outdoors in daylight.
