It’s clearly used. Not a refurbished. Immediate view it looked new. Picked it up at looked at it at an angle where you can see into the cracks where plastic stops. It’s rusted. I did not install it due to personal matters. By the time I opened it, it was not within return guidelines. This is only 1 person who made 1 purchase. I do not know if the part works. When dealing with air flow on 2008 Infiniti G35 Sedan, it is extremely difficult to troubleshoot exhaust and other intake system issues. I’ve been trying to correct a random misfire on Cylinder 1 for a year. First, i did spark plugs, coils, and cleaning everything. That didn’t work so I’m replacing parts now.
