A: The name of the company is TRUFFLES USA. The Truffles come straight from Umbria soil, in the center of Italy.

**Q: It's hard to see product ingredients. What exactly is inside the jar?**
A: Black truffles with a little bit of water with salt to preserve them. The brine can also be used for cooking.

**Q: How long will these last unopened?  After opening?**
A: After opening - I keep it in the fridge - and its good for about a week or so (7-10 days).  The label in the jar I have right now - says that its best before 3 years from now.  We eat this stuff fairly soon after we get it, so I am sure no jar of mine will be unopened at my house for that long - but its good to know.
