This is the handiest device in my kitchen. Well built, classy looking and versatile. Toast, Bake, Broil and Air Fry…ideal for meals for two. I rarely have to use my full size oven. Cooks quickly and is a breeze to clean. This is my second Hamilton Beach and I have no regrets.

We love this toaster oven/air fryer. The door swings up and out of the way to make it easy to load, unload, and clean. We use it to reheat left over BBQ meat (doesn't make it soggy like the microwave), cook 10" pizzas, bake corn muffins, and make toast. The bottom crumb tray slips out for easy cleaning.

I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to kitchen appliances. The first thing I noticed (and really love) is the roll-top door. It opens upward instead of outward, which makes a huge difference when I’m trying to pull something out of the oven without burning myself or bumping into the door. It also makes cleaning easier since crumbs don’t collect on the door itself. The size is just right for everyday use. I can toast six slices of bread at once, and it easily fits a 12-inch pizza, which is perfect for quick dinners. I’ve also baked small casseroles and roasted veggies in it without any issues. The air fryer function works better than I expected. Fries and chicken wings come out crispy, and I’ve even used it to reheat leftovers that would have gone soggy in the microwave. That being said, the air fry basket isn’t huge, so if I’m cooking for a crowd, I have to do it in batches. I also like the stainless steel look—it feels solid and looks nice on my counter. The controls are simple, just knobs, which I actually prefer because I don’t have to mess with digital settings. My only small complaint is that the outside of the unit gets pretty hot when it’s running for a long time, so I have to be mindful of where I set things around it. Overall, this has been a really useful, reliable appliance in my kitchen. It saves me from heating up my big oven for smaller meals, and the combination of toaster, oven, and air fryer in one unit really makes it worth the space. ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 – Highly recommend if you want a versatile toaster oven that does a bit of everything.

This is the next generation of Hamiliton Beach EZ-Reach toaster oven. This will be my third one as the 1st generation one did not have an air fryer function. The 2nd one was bigger, taller, and still works but the mechanical bell alert has stopped working. Each generation has changed the knob functions, which has improved the performance and control of the heating elements. All EZ-Reach ovens doors lift up out of the way and leave counter space free and NO CRUMBS/FOOD to clog up on the door when removing food as like on all the other drop down door toasters I've had. That's worth a 6th star! This latest version also has control of heating elements for bake and broil operation and better air fry (sure-crisp) than earlier units. Can recommend Model 31523

Short and sweet is this is the best toaster oven I’ve owned. It’s ease of use, multiple functions and cooking modes with just 3 dials, no digital, apps, yada yada yada. Cooks evenly and promptly. The door rising up ??!? Come on… great product and this company makes NO nonsense great practical products. Thank you.

I love this toaster oven. It fits exactly on my kitchen counter and does everything that’s needed to be done from air frying to toasting. Excellent product.

WOW…so disappointed!! I live alone and hate using the big oven for just me…so I get toaster ovens. This oven SUX and I wish I’d used it more before the return date!! The air fryer is completely useless…food hardly cooks at all…so I quit using that almost immediately. Many recipes on bake or broil came out awful too. It either cooks the food too much or not enough…and I can never tell which it’s going to be. I just tried cooking a small sheet pan meal…cooked it on 400 for over an hour and the vegetables were still raw inside and nearly burnt to a crust on the outside. I threw it out…a waste of food with prices so high…and I’m on a senior fixed income. I thought I’d love this because the door opens up and it’s easier to get stuff in and out without burning myself like the ones that open down. BUT on every level, this might be THE worse toaster oven I ever had…hands down!! I’m throwing it in the dumpster!!

Got this for my parents, whos older HB got the cough and died. The main improvement from the old one is the front lid lifts back and forward instead of up and down, which I think keeps more heat in the toaster. Loved the basket that came with it along with the pan and grill inserts. The only draw back is the air fryer option seems rather weak. The temp is fine, but the fan is not very powerful and thus airfry and just regular bake time is about the same. Not a big deal since my elderly parents aren't going to be worried about learning new tech. The panel buttons are easy to see and turn, just like the old one which is a plus. The outside does get very hot when in use just FYI.

Works well. Unusual door sliding upward to top of unit making it impossible to leave anything on top. Unintuitive timer which combines toaster and oven timing leaving one guessing about how long the oven will operate.

Hamilton Beach has been a reliable source for small applications in my home for as long as I can remember, so I knew I could expect quality. My old toaster oven was a tiny 4-slice with limited options and the timer was on the fritz. It was time for a new one. I wanted something bigger, with lots of options. When I saw this easy-open door, I was intrigued. Firstly, this is MUCH bigger than the one I had before. Truly a 6-slice as advertised! It has a rounded back wall so you could even fit a standard frozen pizza in it. Secondly, the door. OHHHH the door. It swings so easily, so smoothly, so... WOW. Its a feature I never knew I needed. I cant imagine ever going back to a standard swing-down hatch. This is magical, and so nice for those with limited counter space. It also allows easy access and reduces the chances of burning myself while reaching in to grab food. The toast feature toasts BEAUTIFULLY. I cant remember the last time I had a bagel as evenly toasted as this. My old one would typically burn one side. With this toaster oven, my bagel came out evenly toasted with no burnt edges/spots. I just baked some southern style chicken strips and it baked through perfectly. Once again, the heat was distributed evenly, and the basket ensured no cold spots. Delicious! The basket itself perfect fits one box of frozen chicken strips or nuggets. Oh, and another thing. My old toaster had the catch tray on a hinge, which meant carefully wiping it down by hand, and made burnt-on foods impossible to remove. This one has the built-on base, but the catch tray sits just inside and is easily removed to be fully submersed and washed in the sink. If you need a new toaster oven, this one is what you need. It is worth every penny!

I appreciate the large 6 slice space inside. It also doesn't take up too much space on my counter. The cover is not in your way when you open it. The writing is easy to read for older people. There are holes for the air fryer ventilation, contrary to what another reviewer was saying. Great price too. Nice looking.
