It appears to be well made but I haven't had the opportunity to use it as yet. The instructions for use are not as clear as I would have liked. My previous cookie press was electric and had a specific way to use it to produce the proper size.

Good design concept, however it doesn't fit together perfectly. It's sometimes necessary to adjust the pieces so they snap into place. A bit frustrating for when you are making many batches and have to stop every few cookies!!

Works ok. Have to experiment for a while. Made of aluminum. The handle depth stop bends if handle is pushed too hard. Result is a ruined cookie.

Wife loves it

Challenging to use. No recipe came with it so I used three different ones. All bombed. Everything globbed and stuck and no shapes worked evenly. I looked up trouble shooting and tried all the tips. More flour, colder pan, colder dough, warmer dough... Lol nothing worked. The mechanism for making the size "big or small" was confusing. Once I figured it out, it still didn't worked. I regret buying this but don't know how to get rid of it or return it.

Made with very cheap material and it is NOT stainless steel as advertised, not even aluminum. There was black material that was getting stuck on my dough from the cheap black plastic inside it. It broke upon first use (the part that sets the level of thickness for the cookies). The cookie would not come out 9 out of 10 times because it would not lock properly. I returned the item immediately. It took me hours to finish a batch of cookies because I spent more time troubleshooting the cookie press. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDE THIS!!

My 1st chef cookie press arrived much quicker than expected, and when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised with how all the accessories were packed, the box looked very smart as well.I bought a similar product last year and when I used it the discs warped and bent really quickly only after a couple of uses. However, this cookie press felt like a much better quality product and the discs were very sturdy, I tested them by trying to bend them with my fingers but wasn’t able to, immediately I knew I had bought a much better quality press this time around, most probably because it’s made from stainless steel. The 8 icing tips also feel like really good quality tips, way way better than the 4 plastic ones I got last time around and the bonus piping bag made me feel like this was a really worthwhile purchase especially at the price.I used it to make cookies with my daughter, it’s important to have a read through the instructions beforehand. And before long we were making cookies and putting our own touches on them, its fun and children really enjoy it very much. Overall a great product and one I would definitely recommend.
