What should I mix this with to paint on clay?

Hi I've used a few mediums to mix but I pour paints so it may be different but I use a little pva to wet and then I've used a few varnishes but liquidex or GAC 800 work well. For clay I'd probably just try PVA and then water for the consistency you want. Hope this helps.

Can these be used with polymer clay?

Yes they can be applied to polymer clay.

What are the ci numbers for these colours

These pigment colours do not have any CI numbers on the box or the sachets inside. They are not sophisticated enough to have CI numbers, although they are pretty good quality.

Can this mix with water?

Yes, I would recommend either lukewarm or hot water.
