Tastes great, soothing, and has THE over the counter cough suppressant… as a pharmacist this is the only cough drop I buy. This product slowly releases dextromethorphan (active ingredient for all US OTC cough medications) which actually suppresses the cough making it stronger and longer acting than any foul tasting herbal mess or bitter numbing spray. Cheaper than other products that attempt to mask cough vs suppress.
