How many bags of 40 do i get. People are giving it 1 star because only 1 bag was sent which is crazy. $19 for 1 bag?

I ended up only getting two, at two different times. Not four.

I can't remember how may packs or what I recvd. I added them to Christmas gifts for teachers and seniors as a new product they might not have seen
