This didn't exactly work.Yes, no finger jams on the outside, but what about little fingers poking through the inside edge with the hinges? Having twins, believe me one would be at the door swinging it open and closed giggling hysterically while the other was grabbing hold at the opposite side, fingers neatly gripped just above the hinge. It was a disaster waiting to happen since fingers can be pinched there too!Simple solution, place the pinch guard on the side of the door with the hinges and up high enough they can't reach. This stops the door from closing on little fingers both at the doorknob side and at the hinge side. Works perfect! I love these things.
