I assembled the items as per the instruction sheet using the hex key that comes with the package, and it was done in 15 minutes. However, if you are not comfortable fixing it yourself or using a hex key, take the assemble option while buying.

Amazon doesn't allow, but I give this chair a 4.5/5.I received the chair incredibly fast, possibly in less than 24 hours from order.Assembly was easy peasy and doesn't require much know how (although I'm very handy with tools).Instructions are not great (print is light and thin, legibility is poor, steps are combined into single diagrams).The color combination is actually striking and really enhances my workspace (as compared to my boring all black chair previously).Ergonomic shape is very nice, although I added a gluckluz cushion because of my issues with sciatica).Plastic quality is a bit on the cheaper side. While it feels very durable and lasting, it has a mild flimsiness that you won't find in aluminum or metal frame chairs (for obvious reasons).The arms are a bit short in length and width than I would have liked and also are quite delicate feeling. I am 5,11 and wight about 95kgs, so while the chair doesn't worry me, the arms do a bit. I try not to use them too often.Overall, I found this chair to be good value for money for a new chair. While I think the price might be a little on the higher side, accounting for global supply chain issues, I'm ok with it, considering other options and their prices.Lastly, the seller deserves a shout-out. They sent a lovely heartfelt note with a thank you for buying from them, detailed guidance on how to return (if required) and a feeling that you're supporting a new home business. I recently purchased this office chair with high hopes for comfort and support, but unfortunately, it has been a complete letdown. The primary issue is the lack of adjustability in the backrest. It’s supposed to have a feature that allows you to bend the back support, but after assembling it, the backrest is stuck in a bent-down position and can’t be adjusted at all. This has made it incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for long periods, as I can't even find a neutral position.To make matters worse, even the assembly team couldn't figure out how to operate it properly. They tried their best, but were just as confused as I was about why the backrest is stuck. I had to contact customer service to ask for a solution, but so far, the chair remains unusable.In terms of build quality, it feels decent, but the lack of proper functionality makes it almost impossible to use. If you’re looking for an ergonomic chair with flexible back support, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
