Life extension is a good dietary supplement to use daily to give yourself extra support for your organs.

Came across PQQ while looking for ATP, happy I got them. I'm 70 & had less & less energy until starting on these. The capsules are smaller than usual (very nice). I also like the brand in general.

I recently started a pretty aggressive exercise regime and figured I'd throw these capsules into my daily intake of multivitamins. The difference in energy is noticeable but it's not a high or buzz like the drinks or other weight loss stuff. I can also say that it definitely helped with muscle creation and recovery. Since it spurs mitochondrial regeneration it really helps make sure your body is in tip top shape. Not saying this is a substitute for a muscle building supplement but is a great addition to those who don't want or need that. Also, when I ran out without paying attention there was a noticeable difference. So I know it was these capsules that helped do the trick. Big fan of LEF and used to have a membership until I saw almost all the stuff they had on Amazon for about the same price.

輸入品だから安いと思いきや、DHCの方がPQQ倍量入ったうえにCOQ10なども配合されていて割安。三菱ガス化学の国産PQQ使用で安心！
