NATURE TARGET Women's Probiotics Powder, 100 Billion CFU, 45 Servings

I have had gut problems all my life. I’m 78 and even as a child I had constipation, then as a senior I had the runs all the time, so bad I couldn’t eat out. After a week I noticed a difference. Now it’s been about two weeks. Not constipated and no more runs. I am sleeping at least 6 hours a night, before I had to take aids to sleep. My mood is great and so is my energy. I’m losing weight and I’m not trying I’m just not eating; sitting and eating snacks. My focus is really good too. I feel like my body is my friend instead of gaining up in me if that makes sense. I also like that it’s tasteless.

I have IBS and this is the first pre/ probiotic I have ever tried. I LOVE this product and definitely am ordering more!! I chose this product because of the ease of use (just add to water or juice), the prebiotics of D-Mannose and Cranberry to help with urinary tract function, and its' twenty-one probiotic strains. I also have kidney disease and am more prone to urinary tract infections because of this. Having the extra prebiotics to help with urinary tract support make this an excellent product to use! Each morning, I add a packet to juice or water and it blends completely, leaving no gritty texture at all. It gives water just a hint of berry taste, and I love the added flavor. It has helped with my IBS symptoms significantly. My symptoms have decreased dramatically from daily occurrences, to once per week or less. Thank you for making such a terrific product!”

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the powder mix is. It has a sweet berry flavor to me and dissolves quickly, which makes taking the dose that much more enjoyable. Outside of the taste, it's effective. It definitely works. I love the way it's jam-packed with tons of CFUs on several strains. I felt after maybe 3 days, the difference in how my body responded to issues I was having related to a weak microbiome. I noticed my bowels are more regular in frequency and consistency as well as, less stomach upset alongside improved vaginal health. I find Nature Target 4-in-1 Probiotics well worth the purchase.

Pretty good! I’m not sure if I got an off batch or something, but I was expecting a much sweeter mix. I add it to a very small amount of water and BARELY tastes like anything. Which I guess it good depending on if you don’t want too much taste. I was expecting like a MIO type drink mix. It also doesn’t blend well with ice water. Room temp or slightly cold is best or it turns into a sludgy ball. I like that it works immediately though, in terms of you can feel your stomach getting slightly upset/crampy. Means it’s working!!! So good product, but taste is disappointing for me. Not bad, just barely there.

I started with the Nature Target Women’s Prebiotic + Probiotic and really liked it. HOWEVER, at re-order time, I then came across the NATURE TARGET 4-In-1 PROBIOTICS that not only contains the prebiotics D Mannose and Cranberry but it comes with only 200mg of fructooligosaccaride FOS, which is a form of sugar. The former has 532mg and I need to pay attention to my sugar intake so cutting it by more than half the former was an added bonus. It also has double the amount of CFUs than the former. It’s a powder that comes in individual daily packets that is easy to put into my room temperature herbal tea. I recommend it to anyone who is not ‘regular’ because it has made a wonderful contribution to my overall health. Moving waste from our bodies is a must for over-all health and to do that we need the necessary gut bacteria to do the job well. Anyone who has been on antibiotics or has issues due to daily medications needs to try this product. The cost of high quality probiotics can become a bit pricey. But I, like many others, must keep a budget and I find that this product charge is more than very fair for a GMP certified, gluten and soy free, non GMO product that comes with 100 Billion CFUs per packet. Truly, NATURE TARGET 4-1 it is a GREAT BARGAIN!

Only giving 3 stars right now because I want to make sure there are results before going higher. Tired of swallowing big pills and feeling like they are going to be stuck in my throat so I read the reviews and this seems like a great product. I guess the one I got is supposed to be flavorless. Not going to lie, there is a bit of a yucky flavor. I thought about adding it to the juice but the only juices I like are too acidic and they will kill the probiotics before they make it far enough to work. I will just drink the water as quick as possible. Can't really expect it to taste good. I do like the idea of having better urinary health due to having issues with my urinary system. I really hope it works.
