This is a perfect size decor as a center piece in a 10-gallon aquarium. Since it's shorter than it is tall, it wouldn't look good in a tall aquarium. I usually don't like resin/plastic decor. This one isn't bad. I like there are so many surfaces to attach my plants! Now, I personally believe that the more detailed side (the side without the hole) is the front side. And the side with the hole is the back side. Their reasoning is because it's supposed to be a place where small fish or crustaceans can hide, so away from prying eyes. The downside to me is if there's something wrong inside the "cave", like a dead fish, I can't see it if it's in the back side. Also, there's only one hole, so no other avenue of escape. And another downside from my own past experiences is that it can create a zone of stagnant water inside that can be toxic because of lack of water circulation from just the one entrance. I might drill a small hole on the opposite side...I don't know, I haven't decided yet.

This looks really nice in person, natural looking, it didn’t go with the style of my other decor so I returned it. But this is really nice because it provides hiding space. I also gently rubbed at the paint in the bottom/inside and the paint does not chip off.

I wanted to live this so much cause it’s super cute, but it killed my betta fish. My fish entered the Little Rock formation, and got stuck in the hole that it has inside of it.

My dwarf frogs and my peacock goby love this!

So my little guy thought lol !!! Rocks are kinda heavy ,very sturdy and work extremely well ...good play time too ,no worry of falling at all ... hold well under water !!! 👍

I was pretty excited for this piece, but it arrived in a crushed box in several pieces. :(
