Crystal Cat Fountain

This cat fountain is quiet, has a very simple design and after a few days my cats love it. I took out the “daisy” center fountain piece as they seemed intimidated by it. Once I did that they slowly started inspecting it and now they use it all the time. So grateful because one of my cats had a medical condition and had stopped drinking. We were giving him IV fluids, but shortly after getting the fountain he started drinking again on his own. (His condition was improving as well so the fountain didn’t “cure” him it just aided in his improvement) It is simple to assemble and take apart for cleaning. I especially love the two brushes included to help clean the pump and the central cylinder. NOTE: I read some reviews that complained that the filters didn’t work and that after several days the fountain felt slimey. The filters work fine. ANY cat fountain needs to be cleaned regularly (every three or four days) because no filter stops all bacteria. Your cats want fresh water as much as you do. The filters do stop food particles and cat fur from accumulating in the water. As they should. I didn’t think I would like the little blue led in the tank, but it’s not too bright and works as a little night light in our kitchen. I definitely recommend this model. It doesn’t have a very large footprint on the floor and is perfect for my two small cats. BTW, that’s Flora starring in the video!

My wife and I have bought fountains for our cats for over 20 years now, and I honestly have to say that this is the best one yet. We have a 7 month old kitten named Mouse, who absolutely loves it and a 3 year old Ragdoll who doesn't seem to impressed with it. You have 3 different ways to customize the flow, Mouse likes the flower with the yellow center removed, so the water bubbles from the top and flows over the petals. The instructions don't tell you how to remove the yellow center, it just unscrews. The pump is very quiet and you have to listen hard to hear it. It has an LED light that lights up the 3/4 of a gallon tank so you can see the water level during the day or night, and makes a good night light. The stainless steel top is attractive, and the entire fountain is very easy to take apart and clean. I have spent as much as $40 in the past for water fountains for our cats, that were not as nice looking and easy to clean as this one for only $16. After examining and using this one for over a week, not only do I highly recommend it, I would suggest also buying extra filters. They come in a box of 6 along with 6 sponge filters to keep hair and other debris out of the pump for only $10.

Very quiet. This is probably the 5th fountain I’ve bought for my cats and it will be the last. It’s so quiet and bigger than most common models. Both my cats and I love it.

It's a great product. My cats didn't like it. To be fair, one of cats did have a cone. I gave it to my sister and her cat absolutely LOVES it. He use to drink from the tub faucet only and he warm up to the fountain fast. He also gets really protective when anyone gets close to it, he comes running and just watches over it. Its really cute. I highly recommend it. It was easy to assemble, very quiet, I personally hate the light but thats because im prone to migraines and the blue lights trigger migraines.

In my opinion, this fountain is the best I've had, for the cats and myself. The cats love it and it's easy to clean/maintain and works very well. I love the light and the flower design that has water flowing out in many streams for the cats to choose from. Update: The original pump stopped working properly, but I contacted the seller and *he responded immediately and was *incredibly helpful. He helped me to troubleshoot the problem and sent me replacement parts right away to make sure the fountain kept working great. It's not always common to receive such **wonderful customer service anymore, especially after 30 days, and **I am all the more impressed by this company and the way they stand by their product.** I would definitely recommend and buy this fountain with confidence in the future and am considering buying another for my three cats since they enjoy it so much and one of them seems to be at the fountain all the time! UPDATE 01/09/22 I have owned this product for over ten weeks now. SIX times I've had to pick up the water holder/water fountain top piece. All because it's ridiculously easy to pick it up and move it. Also, you should refill it fully - BEFORE it hits the refill line. It will prevent water stream from losing pressure. I've tried over dozens of times - I CANNOT get flower to bubble. I've tried reverse clockwise tirning flower head, removing the piece that you reverse turn. I cannot get it to bubble 11/10/22 The assembly part of this product was very easy and the product manual was actually useful! The length of the cord is very generous and will allow you to plug it into just about anywhere. Maybe not a barstand to floor but a standard table it would. They recommend cleaning it once a month and replacing filters every three months. However, I noticed algae/slippery substance developing around the light and filters - when I kept cleaning it once a month. Now that I'm cleaning it EVERY OTHER WEEK, it is PERFECT. I have six cats and I only need to use half a gallon of water per refill, each week. The noise level is non existent and any scared or feral reactive to nose kitty or dog, will still love it. My former feral rescued kitty - only took five minutes for her to warm up to it. They also offer a free warranty and customer support via email OR phone call! With actual USA working hours. They give you free filters too. Definitely give them a try! Their motor replacements are fairly priced too.

I have mixed feelings on this fountain overall. The setup was extremely easy, which I appreciated a lot. It only took a few minutes to put together, and it runs very quietly. The only sound you really hear is the soft water trickling, which is actually relaxing. I also really like the flower fountain design and the blue glow at night. It looks cute sitting in the room instead of looking overly clinical or bulky and the glow helps remind you not to kick it. That said, I was disappointed by how little stainless steel is actually used. From the listing, I expected more of the structure to be stainless steel insert, but most of it is plastic. That makes me a little concerned about long-term cleanliness and buildup over time since one of the reasons I wanted stainless steel was for easier cleaning and hygiene. Funny enough, one of my cats immediately loved it and started drinking from it right away, while the other wants nothing to do with it. So I guess cat approval may vary 😂 Overall, it is a cute and functional fountain that is easy to assemble and very quiet, but I do wish it used more stainless steel instead of mostly plastic so keep that in mind if you landed here like me because it was a slightly unique stainless steel option.

Fonctionne bien, enfin mon chat ne met plus ces pattes dans son abreuvoir avec l'eau qui coule de la fontaine ! Reste propre plus longtemps. Filtre facile à changer, bonne contenance d'eau pas besoin de remplis trop souvent et on peu voir le niveau d'eau. On entend un peu l'eau couler sur le dessus. Un must si votre chat a tendance à mettre ces pattes dans l'eau, je recommande.
