How does this costume close in the back?

It has a few small pieces of velcro from the waste up. If the costume were too snug, it wouldn't close properly. It would be easy enough to sew in a zipper if you knew how.

I am 5'6 and 135lbs. What size should I get?

Medium maybe lil snug...Large size can givd extra room if u need to wear a thick shirt for extra warmth for outdoor trick or treat...

I'm between US size 6 and 8.. 122 lbs.

I’m 5’2” and 120lbs would a small fit me?

My wife said it the large fit her perfect and she is 5’4” 135-145lb and is size 12-14. So if you are a size 6 a small might be tight. I would use the size chart for it worked well in finding the correct size.
