You can't compare this to anything else - it is so fantastic - pricey, but fantastic - leave your skin feeling clean and tingly - and it smells great, It is so expensive that i was not using it every day - trying to make it last longer - but you can't do that, because it sort of gets less as time goes on - I mean over many months.

This is truly the best facial cleanser I have ever used. Zero skin irritation, leaves skin silky soft and removes all dirt and even stubborn eye makeup and mascara easily. Leaves you looking and feeling clean, refreshed and smooth. You can use it and rinse off or apply it, add a bit of water to create a lather and rinse off. I love the lathering! Excellent product that I highly recommend. Worth every penny, proving you get what you pay for.

This cleanser is absolutely wonderful. The balm texture is rich and luxurious, melting effortlessly into the skin and breaking down makeup, sunscreen, and impurities without any tugging or dryness. It leaves my skin feeling clean, calm, and deeply nourished—not tight or stripped. The ginger and turmeric scent is subtle and soothing, and a little goes a long way. I have dry, sensitive skin and this has been incredibly gentle while still very effective. My skin feels softer and more balanced after every use. Beautiful formula, high-quality ingredients, and well worth it—I will definitely repurchase.

I like this cleansing balm overall — it feels nice on the skin and leaves my face soft and refreshed. The scent is pleasant too, which makes the experience even nicer. But I’m still not completely sure how well it removes makeup on a deeper level. It takes off the surface layer, but I can’t tell if it really cleans out the pores or if some residue stays behind. I also wouldn’t say it’s super economical — I need a decent amount each time to feel like it’s working. Because of that, I’d recommend using it as part of double cleansing: first the balm, then a gentle face wash, just to make sure everything is fully removed.

Everything from True Botanicals is amazing but this stuff is an absolute must if you want a great cleanse and makeup remover before doing your face wash. Even when I’m not wearing makeup, I recommend using this to get the dirt and oils from the day off your skin. You only need a small bit so it lasts a long time and is definitely worth the money! My skin is normal but their products are so clean I doubt it would bother someone with sensitive skin. Highly recommend adding this to your skincare routine!

This facial wash has helped significantly with my rosacea. It cleans effectively without drying out your skin and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. My face has never felt soft.

This product is insane. Love True Botanicals, this is a stunning product. I started using because traditional cleansers and washes were leaving my skin so dry and irritated. Was recommended by an esthetician and what an amazing purchase. I leave mine in the shower and it’s such a luxurious and bright smell, the feel of the cleanser is truly a balm. I wish it was a moisturizer! It’s so beautiful I can’t possibly recommend higher!
