Ergonflow 5Pcs Snowflake Ice Crystal Cookie Cutter

These worked very well for my snowflake shortbread cookies this holiday season. I love that there are all different sizes. I only used one size. It was sharp but not too sharp and the cookies still had the fine detailed edges once baked. Did not lose their shape. Here is the recipe I used. I put hazelnut-chocolate spread between two cookies as a filling.IngredientsFor the cookies2 cups butter1 c confectioners (powdered) sugar3 c all purpose flour1/2 c corn starch1/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp ground cardamom1 tsp vanilla extractInstructions1.In a bowl combine the flour, salt, starch, and cardamom. Whisk to combine well. Set aside2.In a bowl of a stand mixer on medium cream the butter until soft, about 2 minutes. Stop the mixer and add the powdered sugar and mix on low until combined. Add in the vanilla extract. Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix until combined.3.Form the dough into two sections and form each section into a ball with your hands. Flatten into a disc and wrap with plastic wrap. Chill for one hour.4.Preheat oven to 300 deg F. Prepare baking sheets with either parchment or silicone bake mats5.On a lightly floured surface roll out on dough disc at a time to 1/4"thick. Cut out with 2" diameter ( round, square or snowflake) cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets about 2" apart. Bake for 11 minutes. Do not overbake or let them brown.6.Let cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheets and carefully remove to a wire cooling rack to cool completely before filling and assembly.

Used the biggest snowflake to cut PBJ sandwhiches for Frozen party! Worked great!

I used these to cut snowflakes out of puff pastry to make cream puffs for Christmas. They worked perfectly and the dessert looked beautiful (and was delicious!). I learned the hard way with a previous set of metal cookie cutters that they need to be hand washed and dried before being put away - otherwise you end up with a rusty mess. These are very easy to clean and I'm happy to have them in my arsenal of holiday cookie/pastry cutters.

These make pretty snowflake cookies. I like having different shapes and sizes. They're a little difficult to clean but any cookie cutter that has small corners has this. These are sturdy and have lasted. Nice clean cuts with them.

These worked better than i thought. They cut easily and were too bad to clean up. The smallest one is almost too small to really decorate but works great as an accent on one of the larger cookies.

These are highly detailed shapes. Have not used yet, but I expect some difficulty with popping out the shape and/or cleaning. Perhaps a bit of spray PAM before using.... Despite anticipated difficulty I am happy with my purchase.

Just the thing for Grandma's cookie recipe. These cutters are well-made, without rough points and run-over welds. The shaping is well done and consistent. These cutters are great for the recipe that holds a pattern well and cookies for icing and decorating. They have the feel of a set that will become heirlooms to hand down. Thoroughly pleased with the product, and the transaction. Happy baking!

These cookie cutters are very nice. The edges came out a little more rounded I expected, but they did a very good job. My 2-yr old granddaughter was ecstatic!

Love the size and details, I’m using it for pottery as tree decorations and when shaped it makes a great little decorative coaster, or dish. So cute

The snowflake cookie cutter set arrived within the delivery time estimate, but is not as pictured online.The shape is much simpler and less lacy. Disappointing.
