Best back brace Ever!
I tried other back braces and honestly this one is truly the best. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. It helps keep your back straight without restricting you to death. I love the ice / heat pack. It works perfectly. I also love the handles that help to put on and adjust the brace. Some people mentioned it being hard to put on solo. I found it easy looking in a mirror. Some also mentioned it being heavy. I say no such thing unless maybe a little when you have the ice/heat pack on but your not going to be running a marathon anyway. This back brace is fantastic. It has made my back feel so much better. It has helped me to be more mobile when I otherwise would not.

Medical Grade
Fractured L5 one month ago and this brace helped immensely. Easy to put on from a sitting position I have found. I find it more comfortable not to use the stomach guard as I am small enough it fits without. Easy to adjust for your comfort. Well made

Doctor Picked This Out
I LOVE it! The pocket inside that has a cold pack inside is brilliant! My doctor actually picked this brace out specifically for me. Im a 27 inch waist and I still opted for a medium and it fits great. My only complaint is its not super large chest friendly, specifically for women if you know what I mean. My chest definitely gets in the way of the front part of the brace, but its not a deal breaker. I do wish It was made of cotton, and I would have liked a pink or white option, but otherwise it provides the support I need without restricting me to the point where I cant move at all. My fractured spine and I rejoice!

Wrong size
I like the brace ,the only problenm is that my husband bought fo me nd it is too big and too heavy for me. I doubt that I will wear it very much. Joan Cannon

Sciatica and stenosis
Did I expect miracles? No, and I didn't get a miracle. However, the brace has added some stability and pain relief. That is good enough for me. I would recommend this product.

I found it uncomfortable and heavy.
On the plus side, it's obviously well made,. However, it came in two pieces (a front and a back portion) and you have to Velcro them together. I also found it uncomfortable. It's heavy (I think 3 1/2 pds). I walked around my living room and decided there is no way I can wear this while hiking or cross country skiing. (which is why I bought it). I need to find one that is not quite so bulky.
