My leg pain decreased
I work in a lab in a hospital, due to my own medical issues, I have to stand my entire shift. Lately, my knee and skin have been killing me on my right leg each and every day after I finish work. My wife suggested I get some orthotics or replace my insoles on my shoes to help with the issues. I removed my old insoles which had virtually no arch support and were very thin. I was hopeful for a bit of relief purchasing these inserts, reviews were good and I was needing some relief, sitting down isn’t an option for me. On the first day, I wore the inserts, I was more aware of the high arch support on my right foot. The same leg I was having shin and knee problems. It wasn’t discomfort, just aware that the arch was more supportive. I walked over 12,000 steps that day and wore those shoes over 12 hours. I was amazed at how my shin and knee had little to no pain on that first day.I have worn these inserts for a week of work, walking more than 10,000 steps each day and my feet feel good, shin and knee have zero pain. So my issue seems to be linked entirely to no arch support previously and now amazing arch support from these inserts! I am now looking to get more inserts for my other shoes as well! Wonderful product!!

The toe area needs to be thinner.
ALMOST perfect. I have very high arches so much insoles doesn’t even touch my arch. These felt comfortable and supported my feet. The only issue was that the toe area needs to be thinner. They were a bit too think and caused my toes to cramp up.

Comfortable and supportive
Out of the 3 different brands of insoles I've tried, I like these the best. They're supportive but have more cushioning, where other insoles, like those popular green ones, can be stiff. They fit perfectly in my shoes, and I didn't have to adjust them at all. Would definitely buy again.

Perfect for being in my feet all day.
Got these after going to PT. No more plantar fasciitis pain. They definitely helped me.

Good fit, defect caused layer to peel
These insoles definitely help my feet be happier! I purchased the high-arch support and am pleased with the supportQuality however I didn’t like. After just the second time I wore them in my shoes, the top layer begin peeling. I finally had to peel it off, as it caused discomfort in my heel area. It appears to be just a decorative layer with brand name on it. Insoles are doing fine now.

100% Worth it if you have flat feet
These were cheaper than the SuperFeet insoles my podiatrist recommended, so I took a chance on them. So far, so good! I have flat feet and these offer excellent arch support, which is just what I needed. I have to do a lot of walking for my job, so these have been a relief. I wear a men's size 9.5 and to my surprise, the insoles fit PERFECTLY inside my shoes without any trimming, so that's a nice bonus. The only gripe I have about these, and it's a very minor one, is that they will *absolutely* give you the dreaded insole squeak when you walk.To take care of that, you can either rub a candle around the outer cup of the heel and the sides of the insole, or you can use something like a sanding block (220-300 grit) and sand down the sides and cup of the heel. Once you do that, they're perfectly quiet.

Best insoles
These really are the best insoles I’ve used. I stand on bitumen all day as a traffic controller and my feet do not get sore with these insoles. I have tried others like spenco but these are the best. Very comfortable to wear. I will not buy anything else.

defo works, super comfy
I got this for my sibling and they love them, it's apparently really comfy for someone flat footed and they really give them support. Their feet did not hurt after walking a long time, would definitely say it provides good support

Good insoles for cheap
I struggle with having no arches and finding the right support is a bit of a drag. I needed new insoles for my steel toe shoes for work and these definitely worked. It took a little while before I broke them in, but once I did it helped support everything correctly. I wear a size 9 shoe and I was able to slip them in without trimming them so that was nice. If you are on your feet all day they will wear out quickly. I will definitely buy them again

Recomendadas

Very good for the price
As with most people with plantar faciitis I find it difficult to locate an insert that works for me. I'm not sure what value this review will bring to others since everyone has different feet with different needs. I have professional orthotics and they are very firm. Those work well for me, so I was looking for something similar, but cheaper for my other shoes. I am 190 lbs with a high arch. These are not quite as firm nor do they have as high of an arch as my custom orthotics, but they still feel good on my feet. I haven't tested them for very long walks, but my goal is to preserve my expensive orthotics by using these when I don't need as much support. So far, so good. This is my second pair and one of the reasons I like them is because they are thinner than some other brands, but still have decent support. I have not noticed a difference between the regular and "for over 220 lbs" versions. I thought the 220 lb one might be firmer, but no. These are fine for me since I am under 220 lbs anyway, but I'm not sure if they would support heavier people.
