Love that it has lots of probiotics, not just one or two of the good gut bacteria.

This product works well enough but it's almost doubled in price since I last bought it so looks like I'm finding a different probiotic. (Went from $37 with a coupon to $60 with a coupon).

I am a vegetarian, so I don't eat meat (which can create digestion problems) and I rarely eat milk or cheese (which can also cause problems). But I noticed a few months ago that I was having painful cramping at night. It was my body digesting food, but it felt like razor blades going though my guts. I would also, on occasion, have painful bloating and gas. I was about to simply get used to it, but it hit me that most people don't have this problem and that I hadn't always experienced it either. I looked into it and found that some foods are harder for the body to digest, but stress can also be an issue. I eat pretty well and exercise, do yoga, and meditate, so I decided to take a probiotic. I took Nature Made at first, which was good, but this product replicates the bacteria in your system already. Plus it helps to create more bacteria for you. This helps so that if you miss a day your body won't revert to bad digestion. With the other brands, you have to take it every day. I also appreciate the vegetable capsule. So many of the other quality probiotics use gel caps, which I don't use since they are made from animal products. Another reviewer wondered about the storing of this product. I talked to a person at Sprouts, the grocery store where I bought this, and she told me that the door of my fridge was best. I've been doing that and have had no problems. I'd recommend this for people who have problems with digestion--pain, gas, bloating, etc. I don't have those problems now. And the price here on Amazon is great.

It’s necessary to have good intestinal bacteria, and this product gives it to you with a variety of strains in it. This particular product is also good for women’s good vaginal bacteria.
