Life Extension Vitamin B6 High Potency, 100 mg, 90 Capsules

Period was absent for 2 and a half years due to high prolactin levels. I read that B6 can help regulate and lower it. Started taking them 4/29/26. Period returned 5/27/26 on its a normal schedule like it never left. Higly recommend.

I think these are a good supplement but I honestly have not been taking any of my supplements like I used to. This is one that I should be taking. I do need more energy although I do believe they can also help with water retention which is good. They are digestible with no taste and easy to use. Good ingredients and no side effects for me.
