Case-Mate - iPhone 7 Plus Case - Waterfall - Cascading Liquid Glitter - for iPhone 7 Plus / 6s Plus / 6 Plus - Rose Gold

I'm crazy about Case-mate's Waterfall cases because they're just so daggone pretty, and they actually are very protective with the silicone bumper and the hard plastic protective shell. The waterfall/snowglobe effect of the glitter and beads/crystals is mesmerizing, and my Elementary school students can't get enough of my Waterfall cases. Honestly, neither can I, since the Rose Gold case is the third of the now 6 color options that I've bought. Only problem is those daggone bubbles.Of the three colors I've got (iridescent, rose gold, and black), the black is the only one that didn't start forming bubbles in the liquid after about a week's use. I didn't keep that one on longer than that only because, as elegant as the black is on my gold iPhone 6s, I missed the beautiful crystals and enchanting colors of my iridescent case. The black is one of the newest color options - that, the aqua, and the magenta are the most recent additions to the line - and I find myself wondering if Case-mate somehow redesigned the cases so that those air bubbles won't form anymore, but the same issue prevails with the original iridescent and rose gold colors.The good news is, though, that Case-mate's customer service is awesome. Artie, who I've dealt with both via email and phone, is awesome, and he had no problem whatsoever with grabbing a brand new case for me and shipping it out within just a few hours of my call with him (and this was after I'd emailed him a week ago to ask for replacement bumpers since the ones on my cases were showing their age). I asked him what the protocol is should I get the new case and be confronted with the same problem, and he told me that it's no problem - they'll ship out another case if I find my case forming more than the small BB-sized bubble that is to be expected. My iridescent case, however, had formed a large bubble that took up about the top quarter to third of my case, and I just got tired of looking at it.Overall, of the 22+ cases I have for my iPhone (yup, 22, including Lifeproof and pretty much at least one of each different type of Otterbox case), my Case-mate cases are my favorite, and the Waterfall cases my favorite of all. So, as long as they keep making such beautiful and protective cases, I'll continue to buy them, since their customer service stands so firmly behind their products, and the customers that buy them.P.S. my one qualm with the case I bought from Amazon Warehouse Deals was that there was no mention of a bubble in the case I bought. There was some vague information about minor cosmetic damage, but unlike the many other orders I've placed for Amazon Warehouse Deals items, the information wasn't specific enough to note that the case I was ordering has a large enough bubble that it hits the white line on the back of my phone when my phone is held upright - about a quarter inch deep and about two inches across, which is not a small bubble or flaw. In light of that, I'm considering returning the case, since I feel the information given was purposely vague. Other than that, the rose gold color is beautiful and complementary on my gold case - it's a subtle salmon pink that is a nice accent to the gold. Another winner from Case-mate!

After reading the reviews and seeing a few people say they received fake cases or cases with air bubbles, I took a chance anyway and ordered it (I figured I could just return it if it’s fake). My case is perfect- didn’t see any weird air bubbles in it. Also, due to the heavy duty packaging it came in, and the way the packaging looks, it has to be legit and not fake. I love the way the pink color looks on my rose gold iPhone 6s- fits perfectly! There are two pieces - the back side and the clear rubber bumper that goes around the phone and inside the case - but note that there is NOT a screen protector. The rubber bumper + phone was a bit tricky to get inside the phone case but finally managed it. I ordered a glass protector which hasn’t arrived yet so I hope it all fits. There are two types of glitter inside the phone - the regular type and also small beads. The glitters look like the same kind on my friend’s Case-Mate phone, which she purchased in the Apple store. It’s really soothing to watch the glitter move around, which is why I sought this case out. Also I like the metallic button covers. My case just arrived today so I can’t comment on durability or leakage... if I have troubles in the future then I will update my review, but I wanted to leave a review because of the number of negative reviews I saw. Not sure if there was previously something shady going on but I am very pleased with my purchase! Take a chance!

i bought this case a couple months ago and it had a semi large bubble but i wasn’t really bothered by it. i mean i ordered it online so i had to expect the altitude to change enough for a bubble to form. after a while my bubble grew and eventually it was a fifth of my case and that’s when i hated it. so then i made the choice to drain the case. i burned a small hole in the back and drained the liquid. no this liquid doesn’t burn your skin and i got a lot of it on my hands during the time when i drained it. and i have sensitive skin and it didn’t burn. it looks amaizng still on my iphone 7plus matte black. but if you decide to drain the case like me, make sure you melt the hole back so it’s shut, so that the glitter and beads stay in the case. overall it’s a protective and pretty case to have.

Although it took over 20 minutes to get the case on my 7plus its gorgeous. They're still $49.99 in Verizon, so I was EXTRA excited to get it for $10.99 and it arrived in 3-4 days. This is the snuggest fitting case I've ever owned! I love the feel of the buttons okn the sides! The case is bulkier than I'm used to, but if I were to drop it on a corner I think it will survive. The bumper lip goes around the front of my phone as well as the back. I will note I always keep H9 glass on the front of my phone because I did drop my 4s on the way to trade it in and shattered my screen! There's air bubbles in the water so the glitter moves around (just like the one in Verizon). If something happens to the case or my phone I'll be back!

I love the way this looks on my phone. Two issues, one is it leaks after 3 of these I figured out there is a little sticker on the inside of the case DO NOT remove it, that helped the last one almost not leak at all. Secondly it’s SO hard to remove its good because it really is a protective case but it’s bad bc I’ve broken nails and last time I cracked the side removing it. I’d buy again though I love casemate and this case is gorgeous!

Beautiful and sturdy. Dropped it once (not hard) and no damage. But I highly recommend getting a screen protector. I did get an air bubble after 2 days, it's only about a half inch in diameter. It doesn't bother me too much but it would look nicer without it. Had this case for about a month and the air bubble has not grown. I see everyone is saying they got an air bubble, so I am wondering if this is normal and supposed to help the glitter move around? I remember reading that somewhere else.

Love the product have dropped phone a couple of times and it protects the screen brilliantly without needing an additionally screen protector.The water in the case did start to leak after I dropped it though a lot of oil came out. Didn’t effect the phone though.

Love it but kind of wished some glitters would stay put instead of always floating to the bottom!

Although I like casemate and this is very pretty, I found the water element to be a bit of a worry. The top layer of Perspex kind of moves a bit if you press it and I was forever worried the water would come out if I pressed too hard. Seemed pretty secure and lots of people thought it looked great, but it does make you Phone around double the thickness because it’s so bulbous.

my daughter was happy with it..... thats all that mattered.
